Ukrainian investigators shut down three criminal cases involving former head of state, Petro Poroshenko, for lack of evidence. This was announced by the Prosecutor-General Irina Venediktova.
the Cases relate to the appointment of the Prime Minister in the absence of coalition in the Parliament, interference in the work of the District administrative court of Kyiv and the appointment of members of the High Council of justice, reports channel “Russia 24”.
All these production opened on claims of lawyer Andriy Portnov. In this case the attorney-General added that her office is considering 20 more cases against Poroshenko.
