To vote on amendments to the Constitution are about 67% of Russians. This is evidenced by opinion poll. While 61% came to the polls intended to support all the proposed amendments, and 21% July 1, 2020 are going to vote against the amendments to the Basic law. A nationwide survey was conducted June 2, 2020.
