The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov will not appeal to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky with a request for resumption of supply of water to the Peninsula, reports channel "Russia 24". Zelensky might just take the pen and sign the document, he has the legal opportunity to do so. But the Crimea to address him will not live, and so, the politician said.
