The President of Russia Vladimir Putin gave a reception for heads of state who arrived in Moscow on a military parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war. At the reception, the Russian leader raised a toast to the veterans and the unity of the countries as well as for winning in the past and in the future.
