Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin during a vote on amendments to the Constitution of Russia voted “for economic and social development of our country, preserve its history, traditions and values.” About it the Prime Minister said after the vote.

According to the CEC, in the course of voting on amendments to the Constitution, the average turnout across the country at noon Moscow time made up 57.43 percent, reports RIA Novosti. Among the regions with the most active voters — Republic of Tyva — 88,25 percent, Chechnya — 85,89 and Kemerovo oblast — 84,78 per cent.
According to the head of the Central election Commission of Russia Ella Pamfilova, serious violations of electoral law during the national vote on the amendments to the Constitution is not fixed yet. “Rigidly follow it,” she said.
