Nearly 91 percent of Russians who voted in Moscow, supported the amendments to the Constitution. This is evidenced by the data on the Bulletin Board in the CEC after processing of the 0.03 percent of the protocols.
According to the CEC, the amendment was voted 90,98 per cent of those who voted against — 9.02 percent, writes TASS.
Of those who chose to vote electronically, for an amendment to the Constitution spoke in Moscow 62,33% of the votes, against 37, 67 percent.
In the Nizhny Novgorod region for the amendments voted 59,69 percent against — 40.31 percent of votes.
As the head of the office for the improvement of territorial administration and development of smart projects of the government of Moscow Artem Kostyrko, one ballot declared invalid, reports “Interfax”.
According to the headquarters for monitoring ballot, only the electronic vote registered 190 1 726 1 051 000 — inhabitants of Moscow. The final turnout of the e-voting in the capital has exceeded 93 percent.
