A television journalist who has been arguing for years about being paid as well as her male colleagues has failed with a constitutional complaint. The Federal Constitutional Court announced on Tuesday in Karlsruhe that the lawsuit had not been accepted for a decision due to deficiencies in content. It cannot be checked whether the woman has really exhausted all possibilities in the labor courts. (Az. 1 BvR 75/20)
