During a visit to Russia, Alexander Lukashenko will have the opportunity to talk about bilateral issues with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Usually the heads of the two States regularly hold private meetings, but in recent months, a pandemic of a new type of coronavirus has made adjustments in the usual course of events, reports TASS.
