Around 1,500 participants are gearing up to take on the ultimate challenge of ‘The Wall’ ultramarathon along Hadrian’s Wall on Saturday, June 15. This iconic race spans 70 miles from Carlisle Castle to Gateshead Baltic Quay, with a staggering elevation gain of +3460 ft.

Organized by Rat Race, a leading adventure trip and event company, this year’s event is expected to be the biggest yet. Runners from various parts of the world, including Denmark, Belgium, Germany, the US, and Canada, will be joining in to test their limits and conquer this historic route.
